Build Your Wild Self


Hey 4th graders, Now that you have read about adaptations have fun creating yourself with as Build Your Wild Self and follow the directions. Use the handout to write down all your adaptations and give yourself a name. Then make sure you click on the Share with a Friend link and send a copy of your new Wild Self to me at laustin@abbottmemorial.org. After you are finished you can read about and play a game on adaptations by clicking here.

5th Grade Moon Shot

Create a name for the full moon of the month you were born - based on an important event in your life. Using a compass cut out a circle with approximately a 5 inch radius. Then use the following link to draw the surface of the moon using pencils. Add details and label 5 important areas. Check out this moon picture to use to label your own moon. Mission Not Impossible

Good afternoon, Sixth Grade Enginneers and Physics Detectives. Your mission Emma/Rylee/Ryan/Joey, should you decide to accept it is to dissect a cell phone and uncover the mystery behind how it works. As always, should you or any of your I.M. Force be caught or killed, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions. This blog will self-destruct in five seconds.
